At Dipharma, we are pleased to share another meaningful step in our ongoing initiatives with the academic community.
This time, our Company collaborated with the Department of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Trieste (Italy), contributing to the 2025 Workshop held on 27 November 2025 and titled “The industrial process of drug discovery and development”.
Our colleagues provided students with insights that connect academic foundations with real-world API development:
- Simone Mantegazza, Research Laboratory Manager, introduced process chemistry and presented a case study on Biperiden HCl;
- Chiara Vladiskovic, Solid State Expert, explored polymorphism, crystallisation and characterisation of active pharmaceutical ingredients;
- Chiara Roncali Polo, R&D Analyst, highlighted the role of analytical chemistry in R&D for API manufacturing.
We remain committed to supporting education and contributing to the growth of future scientists.
A sincere thank you to the University of Trieste, to Prof. Stephanie Federico and Prof. Tatiana Da Ros for this valuable opportunity, and to our colleagues for sharing their knowledge and experience.
