Can you briefly introduce yourself and your role at Dipharma?

I joined Dipharma after a long career in pharmaceutical research and development, bringing extensive experience in complex molecule synthesis and chemical process development, including fragment-based drug design, macrocyclic peptides, ADC payloads, and scalable process optimization.  Today, as a Project Manager, I coordinate multidisciplinary teams and serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring projects progress smoothly from development to manufacturing. 

What kind of challenges do you help customers solve?

I support the transfer of projects from R&D to CGMP manufacturing, coordinating customer and internal teams to ensure each transition is efficient, compliant, and successful. By turning complex challenges into clear, actionable plans, I help keep projects moving forward.

By anticipating risks, coordinating activities, and adapting to changing priorities, I help customers move their projects forward with confidence.

What motivates you in your work?

I enjoy working with people from different functions and bringing teams together to achieve a common goal. Every project is an opportunity to learn, tackle new challenges, and find practical solutions through collaboration. Helping teams stay aligned while coordinating complex projects is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role.
