The XXIV edition of the Master in Drug Design and Development (Master PSF) at the University of Pavia continues with a second contribution from Dipharma to this year’s educational programme.
On 26 June, our colleague Michela Zuffo, R&D Technical Project Leader, will deliver a lecture entitled “The Process Chemist’s Toolbox for Scale-Up: Common Operations and Unconventional Challenges.”

The lecture will provide an overview of the skills and tools that future process chemists are expected to build and later apply during process development, laying the foundations for a successful industrial scale-up.
The session will cover both the development of the most common unit operations and the more complex, unconventional challenges, that define Dipharma’s distinctive expertise in hazardous chemistry.
Through the expertise of its professionals, Dipharma is proud to share the knowledge and experience gained from more than 55 years in the development and manufacture of CGMP active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), helping to bridge academic education and industrial practice.

We would like to thank Michela Zuffo, for her contribution, as well as the University of Pavia and Prof. Simona Collina for the opportunity to once again contribute to the education and professional development of students enrolled in the Master’s programme.
