Preliminary remarks
Users of www.dipharma.com (hereinafter the “Website”), which is the property of Dipharma Francis S.r.l. (hereinafter “Dipharma”), must abide by the following general conditions (hereinafter the “Conditions”) that have been drafted on the basis of Italian laws currently in force as well as Dipharma internal policies.
Access to the Website and any action comprising navigation through its pages implies full acceptance of these Conditions, which can be amended by Dipharma at any time without users needing to be informed in advance and without prejudice to the obligation of users to consult them periodically before logging in.

Restrictions and exceptions to liability
The contents of the Website aim exclusively to provide general information, the truthfulness of which is constantly monitored and updated. Despite this, errors, inaccuracies and omissions, including those deriving from legislative amendments or delays in the updating of information, may occur, and Dipharma accepts no responsibility whatever for said inaccuracies and omissions or, more generally, for any errors in Website content.

It likewise cannot ensure that the information available on said sites is updated, correct and truthful and does not accept responsibility for any other hyperlinks provided therein.
Dipharma cannot guarantee that the information supplied via hyperlinks does not violate the rights of third parties, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights.
In addition, Dipharma accepts no responsibility whatever for any consequences deriving from decisions made or initiatives undertaken on the basis of, or as a result of, information contained on the Website.
Dipharma is not responsible for direct or indirect damage, including loss of profits, consequential damage, or damage of any other nature, arising out of use of the information available on the Website.
Dipharma reserves the right to make changes or amendments to, or to supplement, the information available on the Website, or the technology used therein, at any time, and without prior notice. Accordingly. Dipharma wishes it to be known that such activities may imply the temporary impossibility of accessing the Website and/or its contents.

Any reprinting and/or use, copying or circulation, in whole or in part, of the content of the Website, for business, professional or commercial purposes, that is in breach of the above terms and that does not come with the prior written consent of Dipharma, is forbidden.
Brand names, logos or any other distinctive signs referred to or used on the Website are the exclusive property of Dipharma. Where this is not the case, it means only that Dipharma has received specific authorisation from the rightful owner for their use and disclosure to third parties. Material mentioned is covered by laws currently in force providing for the protection of industrial and intellectual property.

Cookies, Google Analytics and IP
The Dipharma Website uses cookies, i.e. parcels of text that websites transfer to the visitor’s hard disc in order to record information. Their use is quite frequent, since they facilitate navigation.
